Victoria Hauwanga

I am the founder and CEO of Transformative Peinge Investment CC, where I focus on agricultural consulting, sustainable agriculture, academic mentorship, research coaching, self-actualization, and capacity building. My work is dedicated to improving access to and the quality of higher education while promoting sustainable agriculture and food security.

In addition to my entrepreneurial ventures, I am a smallholder farmer, a member of the Communal Land Board, and a facilitator at the IUM Centre for Distance and eLearning (CDeL). I am passionate about research writing, farming, and empowering others through education and mentorship.

I hold an MBA in Natural Resource Management from Namibia Business School at the University of Namibia, as well as an honors degree in Agriculture, Food Science, and Technology, and a Higher Diploma in Agriculture from the University of Namibia. Additionally, I have obtained a certificate in Successful Project Management from Namibia Business School, a certificate in Conducting Effective Quality Reviews in Higher Education and Training Institutions from the University of Namibia’s Center for Quality Assurance and Management, and a certificate of participation in Digital Climate Change Advisory Service (DCAS) training.
