I am a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with extensive experience managing M&E systems for various health sector programs in Zambia. I have worked with several organizations, including Pact Zambia, Expanded Church Response to HIV/AIDS, World Vision Zambia, and Africare Zambia, overseeing PEPFAR-funded programs. Additionally, I have contributed to several operations research initiatives, such as the Outcomes Assessment Survey and the Impact Survey Study for the USAID Zambia Community HIV Prevention Project (Z-CHPP). I also supported the endline study for the USAID Zambia Family Activity (ZAMFAM) Project and the baseline and endline surveys for the Sustainability through Economic Strengthening, Prevention, and Support for Orphans and Vulnerable Children, Youth, and Other Vulnerable Populations (STEPS_OVC) Project.
As a first author, I presented an abstract titled Promising Short-term Outcomes among Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) Participating in DREAMS Zambia at the International AIDS Conference in 2022. I have also published an article titled Challenges for Health Care Providers, Parents, and Patients Facing a Childhood Cancer Diagnosis in Zambia.
I hold a Master of Public Health with a specialization in Health Promotion and Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies with a Minor in Public Administration from the University of Zambia. I am a proud member and fellow of the Zambia Monitoring and Evaluation Association (ZaMEA).
